is served herewith, asking for an Order for Antiharassment.
A hearing will be held on 11/12, 1999 at 9:00 a.n., at King County
Courthouse, 516 - 3rd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104, in Room #E-312.
I REQUEST AN ORDER FOR ANTIHARASSMENT: following a hearing THAT WILL :
Restrain Respondent from terrorizing me over the internet
STATEMENT: (David Hobbs)
Scott Abraham has continually harrassed me since March of 99, he contacted
my previous employer in June of 99 and told them disparaging things about
me, costing me my job. he posts about me on the internet every day, claiming
that he will never stop terrorizing me, my employment, my friends, etc. and
he claimed to be armed with guns. he claims to have made his living by being
violent toward people like myself and my friends. I WANT to leave me Alone.
Detective Shirey of Seattle PD is also investigating him for the same
reasons.

STATEMENT: (Edward C. Waldron)
Since June 12, 1999 on the Usenet group rec.skiing.alpine and in e ail,
Scott B. Abraham has accused me (Edward C. Waldron) of Death Threats,
Stalking and harassment. Mr. Abraham has written that he carries or carried
a firearm because of me and others who live in the Seattle area and who post
to the ski group.
I went to the Seattle Police on June 12, 1999 to asked whether I
should be concerned with Mr. Abraham's behavior. I was reassure by the
Desk Officer that he would talked to the Respondent. On June 14, 1999
I received an ambiguous letter sent by email from Mr. Abraham to me
threatening to sue me if I didn't pay him for not taking me to court.
On June 18th he wrote that I lied to the Police
and I filed a false police report. On October 7th 1999, Detective Leanne
Shirey of the Seattle Police Department asked to post her email to me on
rec. skiing.alpine. After I did, Scott once again accused me of lying to the
police, stalking him, harassing him.
There are other examples of the Respondent making threats toward me or must
carry a weapon because of me.

The record of the proceeding consists of the oiginal petitions, tapes of the proceedings, the order granting petitioner Hobbs relief, and the order denying Edward C. "Ted" Waldron relief. There is no "transcript" in District Court proceedings.
The tapes are available from the King County District Court. Tapes 99-4-247, 99-4-248 and 99-4-249. They cost $30, and take 2-3 days to produce, I am informed. The order can be viewed in the court file or on the court's public-access computer terminal in Room 327, King County Courthouse, 516 3rd Ave., Seattle, WA 98104. Presumably, a clerk in Room 327 will also take orders for the tape.
